ESSENCE Festival 2018

The Essence festival will be celebrating its 10th consecutive year of All-Star Gospel Tribute in honor of Gospel Music Legend, Dottie peoples, with an afternoon filled with performances from famous Stars.

As always, the show will hold up the All-Star Gospel Tribute with 3-day Conference and Expos Festivities on Sunday, 8th July. The day will start with the “Power Hour” presented by Bishop Lester Love. After that the host Cheryl Wills will take on the stage to lead the afternoon to a bombastic list of acts and performances that are sure to leave you astonished.

The stars that are chosen to honor Dottie Peoples include Smokie Norful, Marvin Sapp, Tasha Cobbs Leonard, George Potts Young & the Church Friends Band, Johnny Gill, Regina Belle, Lexi, Tyronne G. Foster and the Arc Singers and more.

Dottie People is an American Gospel singer. She started her singing career at an early age of 8 she began with singing at her church choir and later joined her high school Gospel choir. After Graduating form high school, she began the tour with Dorothy Norwood a member of caravan who is also a Gospel Music Pioneer. In her early days in music industry she arose as a jazz vocalist and won many awards for her singing, producing and writing songs in the same category. Not much satisfied with her non-religious music singer career she returned back to her Gospel Roots. She then launched her first solo album Surely God is Able, in 1984 after that she issued her next album Is It Worth It All, in 1987 and Live At Salem Baptist Church, in 1993.

Her 1995 Album, On Time God, earned her an instant fame in classical music and took her to the heights of her career as a Gospel Music star. She has a 30-year exemplary career has gotten her three Grammy nominations and several Stellar Awards in addition to others.

CMA Music Festival Line Up 2018

The CMA Music Festival is in for its 47th edition this year and recently the thrilling line-up has been announced by The Country Music Association. This Year’s CMA Music Festival will take place in Nashville with hundreds of Music Artists performing at 11 different stages, Thursday 7th of June to Sunday 10th of June.

In 2017, CMA Music Festival has been named the No.1 Country Music Festival in the United States by Billboard, they acclaimed saying, “When it comes to great Country Music festivals, this one has been – and is – the gold standard”. Last year The CMA Music Festival attracted one of the biggest hordes in its history from all around 50 states and approximately 20 International countries all the tickets went sold out in the same year. According to CMA Music Festival is the most long-term Functioning Festival of the world and its profits goes directly in helping develop and keep alive music education programs throughout the country with the help of the CMA Foundation, a charitable institution of CMA.


This year nightly NISSAN STADIUM Country Music Festival will rock the world with its awesome line-up. the superstars included in this year’s Nissan Stadium line-up are: Kelsea Ballerini, Dierks Bentley, Brothers Osborne, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, Brett Eldredge, Charles Esten and Friends, Florida Georgia Line, Dustin Lynch, Old Dominion, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, Charley Pride, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, Ricky Skaggs, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Keith Urban, Lee Ann Womack, and Brett Young. Several of stars are new to this year’s Nissan Stadium lineup with full sets and special performances including Brown, Combs, Dan + Shay, Old Dominion, Pardi, Pearce and Young. In addition, Lauren Alaina and Bebe Rexha will make guest appearances. Stadium gates will open daily at 6:00 PM and performances will start at 8:00 PM. A limited number of four-day tickets for the nightly performances at Nissan Stadium are still available at or or through the CMA Box Office at 1-800-CMA-FEST.

Being fan’s Favorite from years, CHEVY RIVERFRONT STAGE is back once more with a lineup that will keep the crowd shaking from 10:00 AM to 5:15 PM every day. Leading CMA New Artist of the Year Jon Pardi get things rolling Thursday, June 7 (10:00 AM). Further artists booked for the day include A Thousand Horses, Lauren Alaina, Frankie Ballard, Lee Brice, Chase Bryant, Cam, Craig Campbell, Easton Corbin, Jordan Davis, Devin Dawson, Gavin DeGraw, Russell Dickerson, Drake White and The Big Fire, Lindsay Ell, Tyler Farr, Hunter Hayes, Walker Hayes, High Valley, Home Free, LANCO, Chris Lane, LOCASH, Maddie & Tae, Scotty McCreery, William Michael Morgan, Parmalee, Eric Paslay, Carly Pearce, Cassadee Pope, RaeLynn, Michael Ray, Dylan Scott, Canaan Smith, Corey Smith, Granger Smith, The Cadillac Three, Morgan Wallen, and Aaron Watson.

Returning for a second year, the BUDWEISER FOREVER COUNTRY STAGE will take place from 11:00 AM-4:45 PM daily. Featuring some of the biggest names in Country Music from recent decades, this year’s lineup includes Keith Anderson, David Ball, John Berry, Blackhawk, Terri Clark, Mark Collie, Billy Dean, Joe Diffie, Exile, “Forever Country, Never Forgotten: A Tribute to Those Lost from Country Music,” Andy Griggs, Wade Hayes, Ty Herndon, Honky Tonkin’ with Tracy Lawrence (and special guests), Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, Little Texas, Lonestar, Mila Mason, Terry McBride, Lorrie Morgan, Heidi Newfield, Jamie O’Neal, Lee Roy Parnell, Restless Heart, Shenandoah, The Bellamy Brothers, Mark Wills, Darryl Worley, and Michelle Wright.


Budweiser Forever Country, Chevy Riverfront and Chevy Breakout stages offer free outdoor performances during daytime and are open for public. All of the line-ups are lay open to be changed.
The CMA Music Festival a Country Music Association’s creation have its earning go straight to CMA Foundation that use this to upgrade and preserve music education programs. By means of tactical cooperations, adept advancements and charity this openhanded CMA Foundation has capitalized more than 20 million dollars in maximum 85 programs including national public schools, after school programs, summer camps and public outreached establishments.
